As I reflect back on all of the sessions that I had in 2019, this is one of my favorite sessions to date. Morgan's maternity was a dream to document. As a first time parent, she allowed me to document this moment in her life that she holds true and dear to her heart. She was the first person I thought of when I imagined photographing my first maternity session. I was honestly surprised when she agreed to do it because it was December and a bit chilly outside. We were all standing there in our jackets while she stood there posing like it wasn't cold out there.
It was honestly a piece of cake to take her pictures. She came into that photo-shoot with her hair and make-up so flawless. She looked like a maternity model. Seriously. Once I told her which poses I wanted, she gave them to me as if she was the person in the actual photo I was showing her. She perfected each and every pose.
Not even a month or so later, she gave birth to a beautiful baby girl. I'm so thankful that we were able to document this special moment in her life and I cannot wait to meet Ryann.
